CHINA, Jiaqing period (for the porcelain plates) Pair of wooden cabinets resting on four spinning top feet decorated with copper friezes of lotus petals. Each cabinet is decorated with two large square plates and four small rectangular plates in porcelain and Famille Rose enamels decorated with figures and foliage. The top of the cabinets is decorated with a frieze in copper embossed with openwork alternating dragons and medallions of circular shape resuming the shou sign "longevity", the bottom of the cabinets decorated with a frieze in copper embossed with openwork decoration of heads of ruyi. Cabinet and top in marble (European assembly). Remake of a Charles X or Louis Philippe piece of furniture H : 120 - W : 90 - D : 43,5 cm (accidents, one of the cabinets is very fragile: lack of fixation and of a foot, a square plate does not hold) Expert : Mrs DE LERY (Ansas et Papillon)
