Three binders of lithographs and color reproductions of decorative art motifs for ornamentation (120 sheets 30 x 40 cm for approx. 400 cartoons) circa 1930-40. For tapestry, tiles, paintings and textiles, covering all styles: Antiquity, Gothic, Renaissance, Art Nouveau, Orientalism... From the archives of Jean-Louis Lhopital, designer in Lyon, 17 Rue Royale between 1920 and 1940. All plates have been detached for documentation and inspiration, to form themes (yellowing, chips, small stains and tears).
