Two lampas Dalmaticas of which Bizarre silk, Italy Circa 173 - Lot 95
Two lampas Dalmaticas of which Bizarre silk, Italy Circa 1730, one partially disassembled in green and blue satin-ground lampas with Bizarre decoration, unbleached linen and pastel- or indigo-dyed glazed buckram lining. A second lampas with a sky-blue satin background, silver sleeves and braid (partial) from the same period. Good overall condition. Shoulder width 120 cm, height 107 cm, width 94 cm. The second, in document condition, is made of lampas with latte-blue piping (piping has partially disappeared), underlined by white silk braids and period passementerie buttons. Unbleached glacé linen lining (dusted) and ink stamp. Stains, small gaps, stable condition. Shoulder width 123 cm, height 107 cm, bottom width 112 cm.
