Five white endimanchée headdresses from the French provinces dating from the second half of the 19th century, including one captioned Montpont en Bresse (micro tear). Two hoop-mounted festive headdresses, one in cream silk, wrapped with menanic lace, and one in white linen and broderie anglaise. A superb bavolets headdress in white cotton piqué, highlighted with two rows of croquet. The last, a large muslin headdress embroidered with a double row of pleated flowers. Clean and in good condition. A hat box is included.
