A canezou pélerine signed Au Bon Marché, Maison Aristide Boucicaut, numbered 244416 Circa 1875. Aristide Boucicaut (1810-1877) was the famous inventor of the "magasin de nouveautés" or department store from 1852 onwards. Canezou in felt appliqué and embroidery on black cotton tulle, lined with crenellated black taffeta. Very fine condition. Back height 40 cm. Three pairs of stockings in openwork silk voile and black silk mesh, including one pair embroidered with CT in red, circa 1900. Excellent condition (height 65 cm, foot length 22 cm on average).
