Historisciste daytime bodice in red velvet panne Circa 1900. S-shaped silhouette with officer's collar, ruffle and cuffs applied with black guipure (gaps) and long sleeves with small bouffant. Silk-knit soutache facings adorned with chased and painted brass buttons. Cream brocaded crenellated ribbon on collar, cuffs and front fastened with hooks. Cream cotton lining, stays and waistband. Good condition. Size 36 equivalent. Shoulders 36, chest 97 cm, waist 70 cm, height 50 cm, sleeves 63 cm.
