A grand soir ball gown in dotted tulle with plumetis and powder pink chiffon, by Jacques Fath Haute Couture, numbered 3485 Circa 1948-1952. Princess line for this long, sleeveless, back-zip dress with plunging neckline highlighted by a drape of pink chiffon. Sewn-on whalebone bustier with vertical bands flaring out into the full-bottomed skirt. Bustier lined with pink artificial-fiber taffeta. Four petticoats including pink tulle, pink taffeta and tarlatan. A few discreet halos and small holes. Average condition, but beautifully presented. For copying or study. Height 146 cm, shoulders 34 cm, bust 80 cm, waist 60 cm, hips 103 cm.
