A long dress, Haute Couture ball gown (unidentified), in pastel camaïeu of mouse-gray taffeta and pinkish parma tulle Circa 1952-1953. Curved, whalebone bustier, large plunging neckline with pointed tabs highlighting the bust and bare back with zipper. Skirt with large base of two layers of parma tulle, finely pleated at the waist. Taffeta lining at the bustier and ruffled tulle underskirt at the bottom. The satin inner waistband bears the handwritten number 213, a model similar to creations by Jacques Heim or Jean Dessès. Beautiful hand-sewn finish. Tiny rings under the armpits, but clean dress with no stains or holes. Very fine condition. French size 36 equivalent. Height 123 cm, bust 79 cm, waist 63 cm, hips 100 cm, bottom of skirt 678 cm.
