The 88 signatories from the clergy and nobility, whose names can be found on pp. 6 and 7, appointed a deputation to petition the King for a change in the method of appointing Dauphiné deputies to the Estates-General. They rejected the vote by head of the three Orders, which the Estates of Dauphiné had just decided on in Romans. 5/ (Pre-Revolution).
