A set of three Indian miniatures, on paper with Persian script lines on the reverse... Late 19th or early 20th??? Two small format 12.5 by 21 cm, one large format 25 by 38.5 cm. A few small, barely visible holes on one of the two small miniatures, more numerous wormholes on the large miniature. These may be miniatures taken from an old book, or miniatures executed more recently on old paper... Once again, the aesthetic qualities of these three miniatures are undeniable...
