An Art Deco ball gown called Charleston, embroidered with silver and gold paillons and translucent glass beads Circa 1925. Straight, swinging, sleeveless, trompe l'oeil cut of pleated rows ending in triangles at the bottom of the skirt. Sequins embroidered with a scale effect, front panel and bottom of skirt hollowed out with geometric motifs and glass-beaded flowers. Without underdress, the bustier was lined with silk crêpeline due to its great structural fragility. Micro-gaps and beads missing. Not wearable. Average condition. Height 96 cm, shoulders 37 cm, bust 90 cm, hips 100 cm.
