Small tears at head and foot of spine, some wear and soiling to cover. First edition devoted to old Montmartre, illustrated with in-text vignettes and 36 hors-texte etchings by EUGÈNE DELÂTRE. Edition of 278 copies, this one hors-commerce, signed by E. Delatre, printed on Japon impérial. Enriched with a suite on Rives of 34 etchings (of 36), each signed in pencil by Eugène Delatre (traces of moisture around the edges, scattered foxing, tear in the margin of one plate).
