KREGLINGER (A.): Notice historique sur les impôts communaux de la ville d'Anvers. Brussels, Em. Devroye et Cie, 1845. One volume. 17.5 by 26 cm. (4)-183 pages. Contemporary full red chagrin, spine and boards decorated with gilt and mosaic interlacing, with central cold motif, gilt fillets on the edges, interior lace, moire endpapers, gilt edges. Binding signed A.T. Ballye, bookbinder in Antwerp. Spine slightly oiled, interior in perfect condition. Edition of 75 copies on laid paper. A very rare text, but one wonders what justified such a fine binding.
